1. How do I enter Bob On Comps competitions?

To enter, simply choose a competition, answer the skill-based question, select the number of tickets you want, and check out — it’s that simple!

2. Do I need to create an account on Bob On Comps?

Yes. You’ll need to register an account to enter competitions and claim prizes. This makes sure we can contact winners quickly and keep everything fair.

3. Are the free competitions on Bob On Comps really free?

Yes! Some competitions are completely free to enter, while others require a small entry fee. Entry details are always clearly stated on each competition page.

4. Will a draw ever be extended? (Our Bob On Promise)

Absolutely not. Competitions close on the exact date and time advertised, no matter how many tickets are sold. If for some exceptional reason a live draw has to be delayed (like tech issues), the competition itself will still close at the original advertised time.

5. How do I know if I’m a Bob On winner?

Winners are announced on our website and social media, and we’ll contact you via email, phone, or text. Be sure to check your inbox (and spam folder) after the draw date — we’ll do everything possible to reach you.

6. How are Bob On winners chosen?

All winners are picked using a verified random number generator (we use VerifiedRandom.org, with Random.org as a backup if needed). We always aim to run our draws live on Facebook Live so everyone can watch in real-time.

If, for some reason, Facebook Live isn’t available, we’ll stream on another of our social media accounts or directly on our website — but it will always be a live draw that you can watch.

👉 The only exception is if a competition is clearly advertised as an autodraw (these are rare, but occasionally used for smaller or free comps).

7. Can I enter Bob On Comps from outside the UK?

No, unfortunately our competitions are only open to residents of the UK, aged 18+.

8. How do I receive my Bob On prize?

Prizes are delivered via post, email (for vouchers), or directly to your bank (for cash prizes). Full delivery details will be provided to each winner.

9. Can I enter more than once?

Some competitions allow multiple entries, while others are limited to one per person. Entry limits are always clearly stated on the competition page.
