Coupon code WELCOME30 is valid for one-time use only per customer.
Only new customers are eligible to use this coupon.
Coupon can only be redeemed once per email address and account.
Multiple accounts created to misuse the coupon will be disqualified and any associated prizes or discounts will be voided.
Coupon cannot be combined with any other offer or discount.
We reserve the right to verify customer details and cancel entries or orders that violate these terms.

3. Our Competitions
3.1. These terms and conditions apply to all competitions listed on the Promoter’s website at https://www.boboncomps.co.uk/ (the “Website”)
3.2 All competitions on the Website are conducted as prize draws.
Winners are selected at random from all eligible entries.
3.3. Competitions may be entered via the website by paying the entrant fee or free by post. See Section 18 below for full details on how to enter by post for free.
3.4 Some competitions may include a question, however this does not determine the outcome and all valid entries are entered into a random draw.
4. Competition Entries
4.1. There will be a starting and ending date on all competitions. These starting and ending dates/times will be in line with London GMT
4.2 Unless in exceptional circumstances, the stated end date will not be extended.
4.3. No more Entries, including postal entries will be accepted after the closing date of the competition. All competition entries received after the Closing Date may be disqualified without a refund.
4.4. The maximum number of overall entries to each competition will be stated on the individual prize page.
4.5. On each individual competition there will be a maximum entry limit per person. This limit varies depending on the number of tickets available / price of tickets. Anyone found to have exceeded the maximum entry limit will have their tickets cancelled and refunded at the Promoter’s discretion. The per-person entry limit for each competition will be clearly stated on the relevant competition page
4.6. To enter a competition the entrant must first register for an account on boboncomps.co.uk. To register for an account the entrant must provide their name, email address, postal address and phone number.
4.7. All entries must be presented in English. Entries submitted in languages other than English will be disqualified automatically, and refunds will not be provided.
4.8. The Entrant will receive confirmation of their entry and tickets number via email and these details will also be available in the customer account area to view ticket numbers and competition entries.
4.9. The Promoter cannot be held responsible for competition entries that are not completed successfully, lost, or delayed, irrespective of the cause. This includes instances such as equipment failure, technical glitches, system malfunctions, satellite issues, network problems, server downtime, or any type of computer hardware or software failure
4.10. When you buy entries and submit an entry for the competition, you’re engaging in a contractual agreement with the Promoter and consenting to abide by these terms and conditions.
4.11. To participate in the competition:
(a) Visit the Website and go to the individual competition you would like to participate in.
(b) Answer the competition question (where applicable)
(c) Complete the checkout process
(d) Purchase the necessary number of entries.
4.12. All payments made to enter a competition are deemed as final and will not be refunded for any reason unless the competition must be cancelled for any reason by the promoter.
4.13. All competitions will close at the advertised closing date and time. The closing date will not be extended under any circumstances, including for the purpose of selling more tickets.
The Promoter may bring the draw forward if all available entries are sold before the scheduled closing time.
While the draw may occasionally be delayed (e.g., due to technical or logistical reasons), this will not affect the competition’s closing time. No further entries will be accepted after the advertised closing deadline.
4.14. The use of automated or scripted methods to enter competitions is strictly prohibited. Any entries submitted in this way will be disqualified.
4.15 Payment Methods
We only accept debit card payments. Credit cards are not accepted as part of our responsible play and affordability measures.
5. Eligibility
5.1. Any person entering a competition on boboncomps.co.uk confirms that they are eligible to do so and must meet the eligibility terms below:
(a) Entrant must be over the age of 18 when visiting the website and participating. Any accounts opened by an entrant under this age will be closed and the entrant banned from boboncomps.co.uk
(b) Entrant must reside in the United Kingdom
(c) Entrant must not be an employee, supplier or anyone professionally connected to boboncomps.co.uk
(d) Entrant must not be an immediate relative or share the same household of any bob on comps employee.
5.2. Any person deemed by the Promoter to be misusing the services or abusing staff / other customers, engaging in defamatory, offensive or inflammatory actions on social media or elsewhere will have their Bob On account deactivated and unable to participate in any future competitions. Additionally, the Promoter may close an account if it suspects that the Customer is not genuinely participating in Competitions or is submitting entries on behalf of others. Closure of a Customer’s account under these circumstances will prohibit the individual (or any affiliated person) from participating in any future competitions, whether through payment or postal entry.
5.3. Any fraudulent activity including but not limited to misrepresentation will result in any entries as disqualified and no refunds issued.
5.4. The Promoter reserves the right to reject any entry or close any account if it suspects fraud, abuse, manipulation, or violation of these terms. This includes (but is not limited to) multiple account creation, suspicious payment behaviour, or any effort to unfairly influence the outcome of a competition.
6. Winner selection process
6.1 The winner of each Competition will be determined using https://www.verifiedrandom.org/ or an alternative reputable and independently verifiable random number generator. The draw will be broadcasted live on Facebook or another live-streamed internet channel chosen by the Promoter.
6.2 The Promoter’s decision regarding the Winner is final. In case of any technical or other malfunction during the draw, the Promoter may, at its absolute discretion, rerun the draw to determine a Winner.
6.3 The Promoter will make efforts to contact the Winner using the telephone number and email address provided in the Entrant’s account. Entrants are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of their contact details. The Promoter will not be liable for any consequences resulting from incorrect details provided by the Entrant.
6.4. If the Promoter is unable to contact a Winner within 30 days, a redraw may take place.
6.5. If the Promoter closes a Competition early, the Winner will be selected from all valid and eligible entries received before the closure
6.6 Only Entrants who answer the competition question correctly (where applicable) will be entered into the prize draw
6.7 During live draws participants names and ticket numbers will be visible, if you wish to have your name censored then please contact us within a reasonable amount of time before the closing time of the competition.
6.8. While the Promoter will endeavour to host all draws live via social media or similar platforms, the Promoter reserves the right to change the draw platform or method if necessary due to technical or operational reasons.

7. The Prize
7.1. All prizes will be stated on the individual competition pages. The details of all prizes are to the best of the Promoters knowledge.
7.2. Prizes are subject to availability, if any circumstances arise that the stated prize is not available then a prize of equal value will be provided.
7.3. The promoter provides no warranties for any products won and the prizes are solely the responsibility of the winner once handed over.
7.4. ID will be required on receipt of the prize, failure to supply this will result in the winner being disqualified and the promoter retaining the prize. The winner must claim the prize themselves. A third party can not claim the prize on the winners behalf.
7.5. Cash alternatives are not automatically offered and will only be available where explicitly stated on the individual competition page.
In the rare event that the original prize or a suitable replacement is unavailable, the Promoter reserves the right to offer a cash alternative at their sole discretion, equal to the market value of the prize.
No cash alternative will be available unless:
(a) it is clearly stated on the individual competition listing, or
(b) circumstances beyond the Promoter’s control make the prize unavailable or impractical to deliver.
7.6. The prize is not negotiable or transferable.
7.7. The prize will be delivered to the winner’s home address. This must be a UK address.
8. Winners and Publicity
8.1. The Promoter’s decision is final, and no correspondence or discussion will be entertained.
8.2. The Winner’s full name and location will be announced during the live draw. If you wish to have these details censored then you need to contact Bob on Comps at info@boboncomps.co.uk within reasonable time of the closing date of the competition you have entered.
8.3. The promoter will contact the winner using the details from the winners account details. Failure to contact the winner within 30 days will result in a re-draw of the competition using the details of all the contestants in the original competition. This process will continue until we have a winner who we can contact. It is the contestants responsibility to ensure their account details are up to date at all times.
8.4. The Promoter must either publish or make available information that indicates that a valid award took place.
8.5. Winners will be asked to consent to provide photographs of themselves and the prize and for their personal details (name and location) to be made public for compliance and for marketing purposes. If the winner does not agree for this information to be made public then it will still be held on file for compliance of the Advertising Standards Agency.
9. Cash Alternatives
9.1 Any cash prizes will be transferred directly into the winners bank account. The winner must be able to prove these bank account details are their own. We will not pay into any other bank account than the winners personal one. No third party bank account details will be accepted.
10. Limitation of liability
10.1 The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any damage, loss, or injury occurring as a result of accepting or using the prize, except where required by law. The Promoter is not responsible for any entries not received due to technical issues or other reasons beyond their control.
11. Data Protection
11.1. By entering the competition, you agree that any personal information provided with your entry may be held and used only by the Promoter, its agents, or suppliers to administer the competition, or as otherwise specified in the Promoter’s Privacy Policy, which is available on the Website.
11.2. If you are the competition winner, you agree that the Promoter may use your name, image, and town or county of residence to announce the winner. You also agree to participate in any reasonable publicity requested by the Promoter.
11.3. Any personal information provided will be used solely for the purpose of administering the competition and in accordance with the Promoter’s Privacy Policy. You can request that your details be removed from the database by contacting [email/phone number], but this will result in withdrawal from the competition as we will not be able to contact you.
12. General
12.1. The Promoter reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions. The Promoter reserves the right to amend or cancel a competition only where necessary due to circumstances outside of its control.
12.2. If there is any reason to believe that there has been a breach of these terms and conditions, the Promoter may, at its sole discretion, reserve the right to exclude you from participating in the competition and any future competitions.
12.3. The Promoter reserves the right to hold void, suspend, cancel, or amend the prize competition where it becomes necessary to do so.
12.4. The competitions on the Website are in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with Facebook, Apple or Google. By entering the competitions, Entrants agree that neither Facebook, Apple nor Google have any liability and are not responsible for the administration or promotion of the competitions.
12.5. These terms and conditions shall be governed by English law, and the parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

13. Indemnification
13.1 You hereby indemnify to the fullest extent Bob On Comps from and against any and/or all liabilities, costs, demands, causes of action, damages and expenses arising in any way related to your breach of any of the provisions of these Terms.
14. Severability
14.1 If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid under any applicable law, such provisions shall be deleted without affecting the remaining provisions herein.
15. Variation of Terms
15.1 Bob On Comps is permitted to revise these Terms at any time as it sees fit, and by using this Website you are expected to review these Terms on a regular basis.
16. Assignment
16.1 Bob On Comps is allowed to assign, transfer, and subcontract its rights and/or obligations under these Terms without any notification. However, you are not allowed to assign, transfer, or subcontract any of your rights and/or obligations under these Terms.

Important Rules for Postal Entries
Only one entry per envelope/postcard per person per competition is allowed.
Bulk entries or entries delivered by hand will not be accepted.
Entries must be received before the competition closing date — late entries will not be entered into the draw.
Incomplete or illegible entries will be disqualified without notice.
You must ensure all details are correct and match the information on your online account.
- Each postcard or envelope will be treated as one entry into the competition. Multiple entries within a single envelope will not be accepted.
Postal Entry Value
- Each valid postal entry will be treated as one entry into the competition.
- Postal entries have an equal chance of winning as paid entries and are included in the same draw.
