Prize Fulfilment & Verification
If you win a competition, we may ask you to confirm your identity and/or address to ensure eligibility and prevent fraud. For cash prizes, we may request your bank details to process payment. These details are entered directly into our secure online banking platform and are not stored elsewhere. We do not retain any identity documents unless required by law and delete them after the prize has been delivered or transferred.How We Share Your Information:

Retention Of Your Information

Bank details submitted by competition winners are entered directly into our secure bank system to process prize payments and are not stored elsewhere in our systems. These details may remain in our bank as past payees in accordance with standard banking practices, but are not used for any other purpose.
Identification documents, if requested for winner verification, are securely deleted immediately after the verification process is completed and the prize has been dispatched, unless we are legally required to retain them for a longer period (e.g. to comply with anti-fraud or regulatory obligations).
We also retain residual anonymous and aggregated data (which cannot identify you) for analytical purposes.

Depending on the law that applies, you may have a right to access and rectify or erase your personal data or receive a copy of your personal data, restrict or object to the active processing of your data, ask us to share (port) your personal information to another entity, withdraw any consent you provided to us to process your data, a right to lodge a complaint with a statutory authority and such other rights as may be relevant under applicable laws.
