Need a short break? You can pause your account for a set period of time.

🚫 Self-Exclusion
If you need a longer break, you can restrict access to your account for a longer period or permanently.
During self-exclusion you will not be able to enter any further competitions and you will be removed from marketing communications for the duration of the exclusion. A 6 or 12 month self-exclusion cannot be ended early.
6 months • 12 months • Permanent
If you request permanent self-exclusion, your account will be restricted as soon as possible and will not be reactivated.
If you have entries in any live competitions, these will remain valid and any prizes won will still be honoured.
While your self-exclusion request is being processed, you can set your monthly cash spending limit to £0 in Account Details. This takes effect immediately and removes the card payment option at checkout. Please note that this does not restrict access to your account and any site credit can still be used, so it is not a replacement for self-exclusion.
Monthly Spending Limit
You can set a monthly cash spending limit in the Account Details section of your account. Once set, you will not be able to spend more than this amount by card.
You can lower your limit at any time and the change will take effect straight away. If you want to increase or remove your limit, please contact us. Any increase may be subject to a cooling-off period and may be refused.
If you want to stop spending your own money completely, set your limit to £0. This takes effect immediately and removes the card payment option at checkout, so no cash/card payments can be made through your account.
Site credit is separate from your cash/card spending limit and may still be available unless your account is restricted or self-excluded
A £0 limit will remain in place unless you contact us to request a change.

- play for fun
Payment Controls
As part of our Safe Play approach, we only accept debit card payments.
We do not accept credit cards as part of our responsible-play approach and to avoid customers using borrowed funds to enter competitions
