Need a short break? You can pause your account for a set period of time.
24 hours • 7 days • 30 days
🚫 Self-Exclusion
If you need a longer break, you can restrict access to your account for a longer period or permanently.
6 months • 12 months • Permanent
If you request permanent self-exclusion, your account will be restricted as soon as possible.
If you have entries in any live competitions, these will remain valid and any prizes won will still be honoured.
Your account will remain restricted and will not be reactivated.
Monthly Spending Limit
You can set a monthly spending limit on your account. Once set, you will not be able to exceed this limit. If you want to reduce your limit, this can be done straight away. If you want to increase it, please contact us.

We encourage all players to:

As part of our Safe Play approach, we only accept debit card payments.
We do not accept credit cards to help ensure customers only spend what they can afford.
